Terms of service customer updating
When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination.
At that time, all files whose license are expired will be removed from your member area, and you are no longer received the update notification and support as a result.The license can be used for whatever site you want with 12 months of free updates and support.After purchasing our product, you will be provided a customer account and a license key for updating the products and request for our support when needed within 12 months.If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within 10 business days.We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly.If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within 10 business days, we may not credit your account.
For errors involving new accounts, point-of-sale, or foreign-initiated transactions, we may take up to 90 days to investigate your complaint or question.

Besides, we recommend you to contact our Customer Service Dept via email [email protected], our CS will answer you all questions involved in product compatibility.
For new accounts, we may take up to 20 business days to credit your account for the amount you think is in error.
We will tell you the results within three business days after completing our investigation.
Unless these terms and conditions have been amended in writing by Jedwards these terms apply to every purchase of Product by Jedwards from Vendor.
